Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax.

Do you have a store I can visit or pick up my order?
We are a manufacturer and we do not have a store. We sell on line, through catalog or through other retail stores. To find a store near you, check our STORES

Do you take phone orders?
Yes, we are accepting orders by phone. Call 1-800-273-3022. Orders are processed and shipped the next day they are received.

How can I pay for my order?
Our shopping cart is set up to accept either PayPal or American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. You can also mail or e-mail your order and payment information.

How do I know if the item I want is available?
Usually if an item is listed on the website, it is available. Website is updated regularly.

How do I know you received my order?
We will send a copy of your order with an order number to your email address. Please make sure that your system will accept emails from us.

How do you ship?
Most orders are sent Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation number for a 2-3 business day delivery. Large items such as dolls or doll trunks are shipped by UPS ground for a 3-6 business day delivery. Express orders are shipped by UPS 2nd Day. International Orders are sent through by Priority Mail Air.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are shown at the checkout and are based on the weight and destination. Roughly, 1 doll outfit will be about $4.00 for First Class or $5.95 for Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation and 1 doll will be $10.95. For more details check the SHIPPING page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return within 30 days for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition. Include a copy of your invoice with your return plus directions for exchange or refund. For more details check the RETURNS page.

We are selling only high quality products. All items are tested for child safety. Dolls are free of lead paints. The dolls and their clothes are manufactured in Asia, USA, Europe and South America.
