The Yalta Conference Cloak.
Hand Made in New Hampshire.
Beautiful black black wool material is used to make this historical cape.
Lined in dark red satin, with black velvet collar.
Closes at front with a large authentic made braided frog.

Suggested Measurements:
Med - Large : about 48" long; fits 17-20" shoulder width
XLarge: about 48" long; fits 21-24" shoulder width
